Acceptance
By creating an account or using the ExportToPDF API, you agree to these Terms of Service.
The service
ExportToPDF provides a REST API for generating PDF documents from visual templates. We offer Free, Pro, and Business subscription tiers. We aim for 99.9% API uptime. Planned maintenance windows will be announced at least 48 hours in advance.
Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
- You may not share accounts between separate organisations or resell API access as a standalone product without a written reseller agreement.
Acceptable use
You may not use ExportToPDF to generate documents that violate applicable laws, infringe intellectual property rights, contain malware or phishing content, or constitute spam.
Payment and billing
- Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Overage charges are billed at the end of the billing period. All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes.
- You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. 14-day money-back window for new paid subscriptions.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes do not apply to your current billing period.
Intellectual property
- You retain all rights to the content of your templates and generated documents.
- The ExportToPDF software, API, and documentation are proprietary. You may not reverse engineer or create derivative works from our platform.
Limitation of liability
ExportToPDF’s total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. On termination, your access will cease and your data will be deleted according to our retention policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
